Cycle & Carriage Bintang, has launched the Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile, a new service that offers customers the luxury of convenience and hassle-free maintenance services for their cars, right at their location.
The Star Mobile service is housed within a Mercedes-Benz Vito van and is manned by two qualified technicians with a host of equipment including a Xentry Diagnosis system, special tools and technician hand tools to perform off site repair and maintenance jobs. Services include scheduled maintenance, wiper blade replacements, key battery or infrared replacements as well as battery replacements right at their doorstep without the need to drive into a service centre.
Customers can schedule an appointment with any Cycle & Carriage dealership within the Klang Valley to enjoy the Star Mobile services. For better convenience and quality, customers are assured with transparency as cost estimates will be provided ahead of the service, including itemised costs for parts and labour.

Cycle & Carriage is the pilot for the roll-out service and is available to the brand’s customers in Klang Valley. To celebrate the launch, C&C is waiving the service fee of RM 250 for the first three months.
The Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile operates daily except public holidays, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 8am to 1pm. To book an appointment, customers can call their respective Cycle & Carriage service centres or the Star Mobile hotline at +603 6192 9200.
