- Financing Limits: The pre-approval system calculates your financing eligibility with a minimum limit of RM10,000 up to a maximum of RM300,000.
- Not an Absolute Approval: This pre-approval status isn’t the final say on your loan. Your actual application will still undergo a comprehensive assessment by the financier.
- Risk of Rejection: Customers still face the possibility of their actual loan application being rejected based on a detailed review of credit records, income levels, age and current financial commitments.
- Validity Period: The generated pre-approval certificate is only valid for a few weeks. If it expires, you’ll need to submit a fresh application.
