UMW Toyota has announced the open booking for the all-new Toyota Corolla which will be launched soon. According to Toyota’s official website, there will be two variants that will be offered – 1.8E and 1.8G with the estimated on the road price of RM 128,888 and RM 136,888 respectively.
The Corolla sedan has been completely redesigned and re-engineered using the TNGA – Toyota’s New Global Architecture that have better performance, superior driving dynamics and comfort to meet today’s customers’ expectations.
The latest Corolla sedan will be powered by a 1.8-litre 4-cylinder petrol that outputs 137 hp and 173 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm mated to a Shiftmatic CVT. In terms of features the latest Toyota Safety Sense (TSS), an integrated safety systems that provide a safer driving experience and other sophisticated features will also be included.
