Terms & Conditions
i. “Roda Shopee 2 Share & Win Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) will run from October 12, 2021 (“Commencement Date”) to October 20, 2021, both dates inclusive (“Giveaway Period”). Carsome Sdn Bhd (201401025864)(“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.
ii. The giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents, aged eighteen (18) years and above as of the Commencement Date (“Participant”).
iii. To participate in the Contest, the Participant is required to:
(a) login to their Facebook or Instagram account and like or follow Carsome Malaysia’s Instagram or Facebook page (@carsomemalaysia); and
(b) like and share giveaway post publicly on Instagram Story or Facebook page.
iv. There will be a total of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) winners for Facebook and ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) winners for Instagram.
v. The first THREE HUNDRED (300) Participants that fulfil all the terms in Clause 3 will be eligible for the prize category.
vi. Winners are entitled to win TWO (2) GSC Standard Tickets to FAST & FURIOUS 9 with Popcorn + Drink Combo & TWO (2) FAST & FURIOUS 9 Merchandise (“Prize”).
vii. Winners will be announced on Carsome Malaysia’s Facebook and Instagram pages (“Announcement”) and contacted via Facebook and Instagram for redemption within FIVE (5) working days from the Announcement. If the Winner fails to respond within THREE (3) working days upon being contacted, their entitlement to the Prize will be forfeited. Prize(s) will be delivered via Facebook, Instagram or by courier service within fourteen (14) working days upon confirmation from the Winners.
viii. The Organiser has the sole discretion to exclude any person(s) from participating in the Giveaway and reserves the right to change the Giveaway details without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
ix. By taking part in this Giveaway, Participant has consented to the Organiser’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.carsome.my/privacy_policy and having his/her personal information being collected, processed and shared among the Organiser’s employees, agents or other related and unrelated entities and/or business partners acting on the Organiser’s behalf for the purpose of this Giveaway.
x. The Organiser retains the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of similar value in the event where the advertised Prize is not available.
xi. The Organiser shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Contest.
xii. The Organiser’s decisions on any matter relating to this Giveaway are final and binding on all Participants of this Contest. If any matters arise which are not covered in these terms and conditions, they will be solely determined by the Organiser. No correspondence will be entertained.
xiii. The Organiser may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate this Contest or vary/amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice and without furnishing any reasons.
xiv. Wherever a singular expression is used in these terms and conditions, that expression is considered as including the plural or the body corporate where required by the context.
