After confirming your booking, arrive at the inspection centre at your scheduled time with your vehicle and documents. The process involves: 1. Booking and paying for your inspection appointment online 2. Arriving at the inspection centre with your vehicle and valid documents 3. A vehicle inspection by CARSOME Academy's certified inspectors following JPJ M.V.15 standards 4. Receiving your inspection result via email for ownership transfer

Appointments may be booked by the vehicle owner or an authorised representative, such as a runner or company representative. If you are attending the inspection on behalf of the vehicle owner, supporting documents will need to be presented during the inspection. These may include: • Appointment Confirmation Email • Original identification document of the vehicle owner (MyKad / MyTentera / MyPR / Passport) • Authorisation letter from the vehicle owner if a representative is attending • Company authorisation letter and SSM details for company-owned vehicles Vehicles with Temporary Ownership Transfer (STMS) via e-Auto/MYEG: If the vehicle has undergone a Temporary Ownership Transfer (Tukar Milik Sementara / STMS) through e-Auto/MYEG, please inform us when arriving for your appointment or before the inspection begins. Once STMS has been completed, the vehicle ownership details recorded with JPJ may differ from the original owner's details. As a result, we may be unable to verify the vehicle using the original owner's information. For these vehicles, please bring: • The original Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) • The Tukar Milik Sementara (STMS) confirmation slip issued through e-Auto/MYEG The STMS confirmation slip allows us to verify the latest ownership information against JPJ's records and proceed with the inspection.
