It also has welcome lights and a coming home light system, power-adjustable and folding door mirrors with integrated LED turn indicators, chrome door handles and beltline molding, a shark fin antenna, and a rear spoiler with an LED high-mount brake light.

The engine on the Mitsubishi Xpander is a 1.5 L MIVEC DOHC 16 valve unit producing 105 PS of power at 6,000 rpm and 141 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. It also has a fuel consumption of 8.9 L/100 km.
In line with its price, the Mitsubishi Xpander has the necessary safety features you would expect in a modern vehicle. It has Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA), Active Stability Control (ASC), traction control, Hill Start Assist (HSA), All Round Monitor (ARM), Driving Video Recorder (DVR), Emergency Stop Signal System (ESS), driver and passenger seatbelt reminder, parking sensors, ISOFIX, as well as 3-point emergency locking retractor (ELR) seatbelts throughout with force limiter for the front seats.
