1. The discount promotion (“Promotion”) has been applied to the price of the
Carsome Certified Car in its listing.

2. This Promotion is valid with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, or other campaigns or privileges.

3. This Promotion extends an additional ONE year of Gold Package warranty
coverage on top of the existing one year extended warranty program, providing a
total of two years of warranty coverage.

4. Vehicles with principal warranty above 6 months or Carsome Value vehicles
will not be eligible for this promotion.

5. The warranty entitlement for each car is not transferable to another car
or exchangeable to cash or other form of payment or items.

6. This promotion is applicable only to the Gold package series and does not
extend to other warranty plans. Customers who choose to upgrade their entitled
warranty package to a higher warranty plan will be responsible for paying the
price difference or discrepancy amount.

7. Any warranty claims shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the
Warranty Booklet and the discretion of our warranty provider.

8. Carsome reserves the right to change or amend the Promotion and the terms & conditions at any time without any prior notice.

9. Carsome reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion with or without any prior notice and/or without assigning any reason.

10. The Promotion is unique to each Carsome Certified Car and the amount is not transferrable.
