About You
You are responsible for partnering with the People & Culture Leadership Team (PCLT) in our transformation journey into a data-driven business unit. You will be a trusted advisor to our PCLT in applying an evidence data-driven approach to leadership decisions relating to people and culture. As the People Data and Analytics Manager, you will partner closely with the Chief People Officer, the Director of Organisational Development and Design, the Director of People and Culture, and COE heads to align business and people strategy, produce new insights and solutions design for organisational-level problems.
Your Day-to-Day
- Build and maintain dashboards based on stakeholders’ specifications, business goals, and KPIs for faster insights, recommendations, and visual storytelling & reporting
- Synthesise data from multiple platforms such as HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, Talent Intelligence Platform etc.
- Support PCLT in identifying and developing next practices (non-Business as Usual) as part of transformation into a Business Unit
- Collaborate with Talent & Organization Development functions to develop organizational change management strategies and plans
- Using data for accounting people performance in business results and continuous improvement
- Design method, survey, and experiment for analysing problems, identifying opportunities, and designing solutions to support organizational change
- Conduct Cost & Benefit Analysis for Strategic Workforce Planning & Organisation Design Solutions
- Advisory on ethical use of data for people-related decisions
Your Know-how
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6 years of experience in data field
- Willingness to learn or experience in applying analytics expertise in strategic workforce planning, organization network analysis, business, and talent intelligence domains
- Using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to infer insights about the people aspects of businesses from data
- Visualise data using charts, tables, and infographics, and provide actionable insights based on concrete data
- Adopt agile project management for solution implementation
- Proficiency in Minitab, R, SAS, SPSS or Strata will be an advantage
- A team player with good communication and analytical skills
- Good business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
