About You

Assisting Spare Part Operation Manager to review, manage, lead and direct CCL parts team members as to ensure parts ordering process well manage. To ensure smooth day to day management and operations of the CCL and to comply with company standard operations guidelines and policies.

Your Day-to-Day

  • To prepare report on regular basis.
  • To plan, coordinate, training on staff development.
  • Measure & review parts KPI.
  • To carry out audit and perform stock take regularly.
  • To perform spot-audit, report the outcome and countermeasure.
  • To ensure system’s documentation (I.e PO, POR, GRN,CN, DN & etc) being follow up within timeline.
  • Ensure staff comply to the company’s SOP and maintain a tidy, safe and efficient stores environment.
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
  • To undertake any other duties from superiors from time to time.

Your Know-How

  • 2 years stock experience
  • Stocks department and knowledge of rotation, date checking and stock taking.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent numeracy skill
