About You

In this role you will work directly with our General Manager, Customer/Retail Experience to achieve Carsome’s vision, mission, and strategic goals and plays a critical role in the success of our brand.

Your-Day-to-Day

  • Develop Corporate Sales as revenue centre and building impactful relationships with banks / ecosystem / ancillary partners
  • Aggressive expansion on Corporate Sales by engaging with potential organisations / businesses that require CARSOME products
  • Ensure partners are able to support the sales metrics via events, campaigns, and collaborations
  • Plan/strategize and run sales activation campaigns/events with partners/organization
  • To support processes, SOPs, and financial procedures for B2B customers
  • Develop sales pitches and materials with market analysis
  • Using in-house tool to monitor team-client communication
  • Develop sales strategies to negotiate best deal

    Your-Know-How

    • At least 5 years of experience in corporate sales, marketing. Prior experience working in a tech or fast paced company(s) is preferred
    • Able to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders
    • Comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives with clear and tangible metrics
    • Strong English communication skills (additional language is a plus), conceptual ability and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
    • Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Take initiatives and look for opportunities for improvements. Willing to take and give feedback to colleagues
    • Detail-oriented, hands-on with the ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy
    • Capable of big-picture thinking while being attentive to details
