About You :

You will be responsible for the retail operations and follow-up store operational matters of Experience Centers across Malaysia. You will bring inspiring ideas for all facets of retail operations along with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced business, possess good business acumen and be quick in well-reasoned decisions. The expectation of your role will include to offer constant support to the branches on all processes and tools to improve in-store operations & retail experience and develop best practices, both back-office (stock and admin) and front-office (sales and service). You are required to conduct training to upgrade existing service level and set new work standards to the frontline staff (receptionists) and formulate viable procedures to raise customer’s satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day :

  • Drive retail operations standards by redefining branch’s front and back-office organization
  • Create and share best practices for customer service standards for front-liners (receptionist), grooming and uniforms, VM/POS materials update, and overall branch retail atmosphere
  • Responsible to ensure rectification of retail defects as part of retail’s maintenance and upkeep by liaising closely with Maintenance, Expansion, Acquisition, and other key stakeholders
  • Jointly execute SOP and retail guidelines to ensure all operational procedures and policies are strictly followed, collaborating with the Manager, Quality & Control, HQ OPs
  • Establish and implement strategies to drive retail operation performance and its effectiveness
  • Identify issues and concerns as well as promotes efficiency in retail operations through practical solution and value-added recommendations where viable
  • Ensure all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of retail operational activity, company policies and procedures
  • Foster learning culture by sharing best practices of how to outperform market and retain leadership by curating educational workshop, show-and-teach sessions, and retail roadshow
  • Manage all retail-operations related projects to establish retail operation excellence
  • Network with all stakeholders to develop good working relationship and collaborate to protect brand compliance
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Know-How :

  • A Bachelor’s Degree qualification or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managerial capacity in Retail Operations
  • Strong attention to details, analytical, numerical, and statistical skills
  • Sound computer & software skills with extensive exposure of various software programs
  • Possess strategic thinking ability, able to view things with holistic and analytical eyes, construct realistic action plans, exercise good judgement to prioritize tasks, manage or acquire resource needed
