About You

You will be responsible in the day to day operations within the retail sourcing team, on the general aspect of governance, administration and organizing documents in paper and digital form.

Your Day-to-Day

  • To perform day to day data cleaning and gatekeeping on processes
  • To research, analyze and report on data gathered from the purchasing activities, price trend
  • To identify issues, highlight obstacles and to assist HOD in solving it
  • To build chart, graphs, reporting model on simulation to support business
  • To work closely inter-departments by understanding needs, requirements and develop improvement plans

Your Know-How

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent.
  • Have of working experience in the automotive field will be a plus point
  • Good command in English & B. Malaysia. Mandarin will be a plus point.
  • Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
  • Required Skill(s): Intermediary PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Can work under pressure and multi-tasking
