You will be responsible in the day to day operations within the retail sourcing team, on the general aspect of governance, administration and organizing documents in paper and digital form.
- To perform day to day data cleaning and gatekeeping on processes
- To research, analyze and report on data gathered from the purchasing activities, price trend
- To identify issues, highlight obstacles and to assist HOD in solving it
- To build chart, graphs, reporting model on simulation to support business
- To work closely inter-departments by understanding needs, requirements and develop improvement plans
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- Have of working experience in the automotive field will be a plus point
- Good command in English & B. Malaysia. Mandarin will be a plus point.
- Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
- Required Skill(s): Intermediary PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Can work under pressure and multi-tasking
