About You

Carsome is currently on a rapid growth path, and we are looking for someone ambitious and excited about growing with the company. This candidate will be in a single contributor role, reporting directly to the hiring manager within the Project Management team.

Your Day-to-Day :

  • Lead projects as well as supporting Project Managers in larger projects.
  • Drive initiatives/ projects that relate to the ecosystem ie. to identify gaps in the General Manager’s ecosystem and drive initiatives/ projects to close the gaps.
  • Responsible for articulating the project plan to deliver project outcomes as expected.
  • Responsible for managing triple constraints. – time, budget and scope, while working on a project.
  • Responsible for understanding the clear expectations for the project deliverable and also ensuring the team understands the
    same.
  • Responsibilities include tracking team progress, checking project performance and suggesting appropriate actions.
  • Identify project risks and take suitable actions
  • Project managers manage the stakeholders and project resources during the project.
  • Throughout the project life cycle, update the project status to relevant project stakeholders.
  • Support teammates in other areas of initiatives as and when required.

Your Know-How

  • A tertiary qualification in any discipline.
  • Min 1-2 year of relevant working experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management: Experience communicating with management level decision-makers and able to build good relationships with stakeholders.
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to support multiple projects concurrently with solid project management & planning skills
  • Good personality and a community centric individual. Someone who has a heart of a Human Resource (HR) individual.
  • Project Management experience showing ability to organize tasks, prioritize competing demands, find solutions, and follow through to successful conclusions.
  • Ability to establish credibility and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
