The event marks the Golf R-Line\u2019s first public appearance in the country.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Volkswagen R-Line \/IMG_9380.JPG\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Volkswagen%20R-Line%20\/IMG_9380.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The R-Line takes inspiration from the Sportline, it has a 1.4 litre TSI turbocharged engine as well as a 7-speed dry clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG). It gives the car an impressive output of 148 hp and a torque of 250Nm between 1,500 to 3,500 rpm. The century sprint takes 8.2 seconds, and the top speed goes up to 216 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Volkswagen R-Line \/IMG_9364.JPG\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Volkswagen%20R-Line%20\/IMG_9364.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\">Here is VPCM Managing Director Mr. Erik Winter presenting the all-new Golf R-Line in Tumeric Yellow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Safety wise, the R-Line is equipped with 7 airbags, and comes with Maneuver Braking (which automatically brakes the car when it senses object up 10km\/h during parking.
