This is BMW\u2019s seventh consecutive year for all-time sales, growing 16 per cent compared to 2016\u2019s 10,906 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">BMW<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw sales performance 2017\/6.-2017---Launch-of-the-BMW-530i-M-Sport-rs.jpg\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw%20sales%20performance%202017\/6.-2017---Launch-of-the-BMW-530i-M-Sport-rs.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Of the 12,680 vehicles sold by the BMW Group; 10,618 were of BMW vehicles, an additional 1,618 vehicles sold compared to 2016. The growth is predominantly driven by the 3 Series with 3,564 units (2,408 units are 330e); 3,000 units of X5 xDrive40e\u2019s and 400 units of the 740Le xDrive. An additional 1,600 units of the G30 5 Series was sold in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Mini<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw sales performance 2017\/10.-2017---Launch-of-the-New-MINI-John-Cooper-Works-Countryman-and-Clubman-rs.jpg\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw%20sales%20performance%202017\/10.-2017---Launch-of-the-New-MINI-John-Cooper-Works-Countryman-and-Clubman-rs.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Mini brand sold 108 more cars compared to 2016, totalling 1,010 vehicles. Mini introduced the <span style=\"color: #ff8c00;\">new second generation Countryman<\/span>, as well as the <span style=\"color: #ff8c00;\">John Cooper Works Clubman and Countryman<\/span> to its range of cars.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">BMW Motorrad<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw sales performance 2017\/11.-2017---Launch-of-the-BMW-Motorrad-R-nineT%2C-BMW-Motorrad-R-nineT-Racer-and-BMW-Motorrad-R-nineT-Pure-rs.jpg\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw%20sales%20performance%202017\/11.-2017---Launch-of-the-BMW-Motorrad-R-nineT%2C-BMW-Motorrad-R-nineT-Racer-and-BMW-Motorrad-R-nineT-Pure-rs.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Motorrad sold 1,052 motorcycles, also a 5 per cent increase compared to 2016. They unveiled five new motorcycles, the BMW R nineT Urban GS, K1600 GT and Bagger, R1200GS, and the S1000RR and menacing HP4 version.<\/p>\n<p>The Group also introduced a Full Circle Programme by BMW Credit Malaysia, a Roadside Assistance and Accident Hotline Program for all its brands on top of its existing 5 Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty and Free Service Program, Tyre Warranty Program and Mini 4 Year Unlimited Mileage and Free Service Warranty program.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw sales performance 2017\/The-New-BMW-Group-Regional-Parts-Distribution-Centre-Malaysia-(1)-rs.jpg\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bmw%20sales%20performance%202017\/The-New-BMW-Group-Regional-Parts-Distribution-Centre-Malaysia-%281%29-rs.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2017 also saw BMW open its doors to a new Regional Parts Distribution facility at the Free Trade Zone of the Senai International Airport of Iskandar Malaysia, Johor. The facility was built on an investment of over RM 130 million that supports over 22 countries in the region.<\/p>\n<p>This year BMW Group Malaysia will see its delivery of the first BMW 3 Series, 5 Series and 7 Series to Vietnam and Philippines.
