Quick Run-down on MINI Countryman Specs<\/b><\/h2>\n

Initially, the <\/span>MINI<\/b> Cooper S Countryman<\/b> was offered as an all-wheel drive variant in Malaysia or in <\/span>MINI’s<\/b>\u00a0marketing terms \u2013 <\/span>MINI ALL4 <\/b>system. A year later after its launch, the <\/span>Cooper S Countryman<\/b> was introduced in a front-wheel drive variant. The <\/span>non-turbocharged<\/b> Cooper Countryman<\/b> on the other hand, was also front-wheel drive.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>MINI Countryman facelift <\/b>was launched in 2014, receiving subtle exterior changes such as a new dual-bar grille for the <\/span>Cooper Countryman <\/b>while the more expensive <\/span>Cooper S Countryman <\/b>received a new grille with a horizontal chrome strip across. If you prefer leather seats, your only option is the <\/span>Cooper S Countryman<\/b> as the cheaper <\/span>Countryman<\/b> got fabric seats. As standard, both variants get <\/span>push-start button<\/b>, a <\/span>multi-function steering wheel<\/b>, <\/span>cruise control<\/b><\/a><\/span>, <\/span>auto headlights<\/b>, <\/span>auto wipers<\/b>, <\/span>auto-dimming rear-view mirror,<\/b> and an <\/span>all-new infotainment system<\/b> known as <\/span>MINI Visual Boost<\/b> with <\/span>a 6.5-inch LCD screen<\/b> and <\/span>MINI Connected<\/b> functionality that allows you to connect your phone. The speedometer and rev counter are also in dark gray (pre-facelift was in white). Besides that, the <\/span>Cooper Countryman <\/b>received an updated switchgear as well as improved cabin insulation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety wise, both variants received <\/span>six airbags<\/b>, <\/span>Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)<\/b><\/a><\/span> with <\/span>traction control<\/b>, <\/span>Anti-lock Braking System (ABS),<\/b> and <\/span>Hill Start Assist (HSA).<\/b><\/p>\n
