Join in Carsome Academy’s first Quiz weekend! In order to participate, all you need to do is answer each question correctly from 23 – 25 July 2021 on Carsome Academy’s Instagram Stories (@carsomeacademymy<\/a><\/span>) and stand a chance to win* RM50 Touch \u2018n Go eWallet credits!<\/p>\n

Terms & Conditions<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

i. \u201cCarsome Academy\u2019s Quiz Weekend Contest\u201d (\u201cContest\u201d) will run from July 23, 2021 (\u201cCommencement Date\u201d) to July 25, 2021, both dates inclusive (\u201cContest Period\u201d). Carsome Sdn Bhd (201401025864)(\u201cOrganiser\u201d) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.<\/p>\n

ii. The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents, aged eighteen (18) years and above as of the Commencement Date (\u201cParticipant\u201d).<\/p>\n

iii. To participate in the Contest, the Participant is required to:<\/p>\n

(a) login to their Instagram account and follow Carsome Academy\u2019s Instagram page (@carsomeacademymy); and<\/p>\n

(b) provide the correct answer to all THREE (3) quiz questions posted daily during the Contest Period on Carsome Academy\u2019s Instagram Story.<\/p>\n

iv. There will be a total of FIVE (5) winners for the Contest.<\/p>\n

v. The first five (5) Participants that fulfil all the terms in Clause 3 will be eligible for the prize category.<\/p>\n

vi. Winners are entitled to win RM50.00 Touch \u2018n Go eWallet Credits (\u201cPrize\u201d).<\/p>\n

vii. Winners will be announced on Carsome Academy\u2019s Instagram page (\u201cAnnouncement\u201d) and contacted via Instagram for redemption within FIVE (5) working days from the Announcement. If the Winner fails to respond within THREE (3) working days upon being contacted, their entitlement to the Prize will be forfeited. Prize(s) will be delivered via email or Instagram within fourteen (14) working days upon confirmation from the Winners.<\/p>\n

viii. The Organiser has the sole discretion to exclude any person(s) from participating in the Contest and reserves the right to change the Contest details without any obligation to furnish any notice and\/or reason.<\/p>\n

ix. By taking part in this Contest, Participant has consented to the Organiser\u2019s Privacy Policy available at https:\/\/www.carsome.my\/privacy_policy and having his\/her personal information being collected, processed and shared among the Organiser\u2019s employees, agents or other related and unrelated entities and\/or business partners acting on the Organiser\u2019s behalf for the purpose of this Contest.<\/p>\n

x. The Organiser retains the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of similar value in the event where the advertised Prize is not available.<\/p>\n

xi. The Organiser shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Contest.<\/p>\n

xii. The Organiser\u2019s decisions on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding on all Participants of this Contest. If any matters arise which are not covered in these terms and conditions, they will be solely determined by the Organiser. No correspondence will be entertained.<\/p>\n

xiii. The Organiser may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate this Contest or vary\/amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice and without furnishing any reasons.<\/p>\n
