Both are allowed to operate from 8 am to 8 pm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Public markets and permanent farmer\u2019s markets are allowed to operate from 6 am to 2 pm while daily markets, night markets, and bazaars are not allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wholesale markets are allowed to operate from 12 midnight to 6 am.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Essential Economy<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hospitals, clinics, and medical laboratories are allowed to operate as usual while pharmacies, herbal medicine shops, veterinarians, pet food stores are allowed to operate from 8 am to 8 pm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Petrol stations are allowed to operate from 6 am to 8 pm except for those on the highways that are allowed to operate for 24 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Essential Services<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Civil servants and the workforce in essential services are limited to 20 percent capacity. This does not include frontlines, security, and defense personnel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As for civil servants in non-essential services, all are required to work from home.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the number of workers under the private sectors providing essential services is limited to 60 percent capacity (inclusive of operations and management).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Datuk Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, all entries and exits for areas under the EMCO will also be closed during this period. According to the Kuala Lumpur Police Chief, the installation of barb wires will not be placed in the affected areas in Selangor as the focus is to increase the number of police roadblocks in Selangor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to a <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><a style=\"color: #ff9900;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thesundaily.my\/local\/emco-sops-differ-in-kuala-lumpur-and-selangor-II8028794\">news source<\/a><\/span>, as many as 120 to 140 roadblocks are placed in Selangor including mobile roadblocks or &#8216;snap checks&#8217;. If my residential area is under EMCO, can I get my Covid-19 vaccine outside the district\/state?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Movement across district and state for the purpose of covid-19 vaccinations at any Vaccine Administration Centers outside your residential areas is allowed. You will only need to show the vaccination appointment details on the MySejahtera mobile application if you are stopped at a roadblock.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>2. Are courier services and food deliveries such as Grab Food and Food Panda allowed in EMCO affected areas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Food deliveries such as Food Panda and Grab Food and courier services such as Poslaju, J&amp;T Express, and GDEX are allowed in EMCO affected areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>3. How many people are allowed in a car for areas affected by EMCO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only one person is allowed in a car at a time but for medical and vaccination purposes, up to three people are allowed at a time.
