Terms & Conditions<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

i. \u201c<\/span>Carsome\u2019s<\/span><\/i> Answer and Win Contest<\/span><\/i>\u201d (\u201cContest\u201d) will run from June 15, 2021 (\u201cCommencement Date\u201d) to July 12, 2021, both dates inclusive (\u201cContest Period\u201d). Carsome Sdn Bhd (201401025864)(\u201cOrganiser\u201d) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

ii. The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents, aged eighteen (18) years and above as of the Commencement Date (\u201cParticipant\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

iii. To participate in the Contest, the Participant is required to:<\/span><\/p>\n

(a) login to their Instagram account and follow Carsome\u2019s Instagram page (@carsomemalaysia); and<\/span><\/p>\n

(b) <\/span>provide the correct answer to the questions posted on the weekly featured match for Euro 2020 on Carsome\u2019s Instagram Story (\u201cWeekly Featured Match\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

iv. Participant that fulfils all the terms in Clause 3 will be eligible for the Weekly Prize Category. The Weekly Winner (as defined below) will be eligible for the Grand Prize Category.<\/span><\/p>\n

v. There will be <\/span>THREE (3) <\/b>Weekly Prize for each Weekly Featured Match for the first three (3) Participants with the Correct Entry (\u201cWeekly Winner\u201d) and <\/span>ONE (1) <\/b>Grand Prize for the top Weekly Winner during the Contest Period (\u201cGrand Prize Winner\u201d)(Weekly Winner and Grand Prize Winner will be collectively known as \u201cWinner\u201d and Weekly Prize and Grand Prize will be collectively known as \u201cPrize\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

vi. Weekly Winners are entitled to win RM500.00 Carsome discount vouchers each. The Grand Prize Winner is entitled to an additional RM2,020.00 Carsome discount voucher (collectively as \u201cVoucher\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n

vii. Each Voucher can be used on all vehicle purchases from Carsome and valid for one (1) time use only. Multiple Vouchers cannot be used together to create a higher discount, but each Voucher can be used on top of ongoing Carsome sales campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n

viii. All Winners will be announced on Carsome\u2019s Instagram page (\u201cAnnouncement\u201d) and contacted via Instagram for redemption within five (5) working days from the Announcement. If the Winner fails to respond within three (3) working days, their entitlement to the Prize will be forfeited. Prize(s) will be delivered via email or Instagram within fourteen (14) working days upon response from the Winner.<\/span><\/p>\n

ix. Carsome has the sole discretion to exclude any person(s) from participating in the Contest and reserves the right to change the Contest details without any obligation to furnish any notice and\/or reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

x. By taking part in this Contest, Participant has consented to having his\/her personal information being collected, processed and shared among the Organiser\u2019s employees, agents or other related and unrelated entities and\/or business partners acting on the Organiser\u2019s behalf for the purpose of this Contest.<\/span><\/p>\n

xi. Carsome retains the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of similar value in cases where the advertised Prize isn\u2019t available.<\/span><\/p>\n

xii. The Organiser shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Contest.<\/span><\/p>\n

xiii. The Organiser\u2019s decisions on any matter relating to this Contest are final and binding on all Participants of this Contest. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms & Conditions, they will be solely determined by the Organiser. No correspondence will be entertained.<\/span><\/p>\n

xiv. The Organiser may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate this Contest or vary\/amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice and without furnishing any reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n
