As Malaysia continues to fight a continuous battle with Covid-19, roadblocks have been placed at district and state borders by the police (PDRM) to stop unauthorized movements as the government announced a total lockdown from 1 June 2021. The current MCO 3.0, which is part of Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan, will continue until the threshold value is less than 4,000 COVID-19 cases a day. <\/span><\/p>\n

For those crossing district or state lines, you will need an official authorization letter, work pass, or approved consent letter. As a guide for those who would need to move around for work and other reasons, here\u2019s a list of roadblock locations across the different states and districts in Malaysia. You are advised to plan your trip beforehand and prepare any necessary supporting documents to avoid being sent back or compounded at these roadblocks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: A RM10,000 compound will be given to individuals who fail to adhere to the given SOPs during MCO 3.0<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
