It has three trails and some trails are more challenging than the others with ropes and slopes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Gunung Semangkok, Selangor<\/strong> &#8211; This is one of the more challenging trails in Klang Valley, totalling 32km to and fro which means a total of 12-16 hours of hike.
