Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

i. The <\/span>Trade-in Discount Program (\u201cProgram\u201d)<\/b> is open to all customers<\/span> who have successfully sold their car(s) to Carsome Sdn Bhd <\/span>(\u201cCarsome\u201d)<\/b> from <\/span>2015 to present<\/b>; and wants to buy a car from Carsome from <\/span>15 August 2020 to 30 November 2020<\/b>, both dates inclusive <\/span>(\u201cProgram Period\u201d)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

ii. Customers <\/span>must<\/b> present <\/b>their<\/span> NRIC (the same NRIC used to sell their car) <\/b>to qualify for a RM500 discount during the car purchase transaction.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iii. This Program is valid for private car buyers purchasing <\/span>Carsome inventory cars<\/b> only.<\/span><\/p>\n

iv. The RM500 discount will be deducted from the final price of the customer\u2019s new car purchase made within the Program Period. <\/span><\/p>\n

v. The RM500 discount is non-transferable. No discount will be provided to the customer if the NRIC shown is deemed to be invalid and fails to match the previous NRIC used when they sold their car(s).\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

vi. The cut-off time and date for all transactions is at 6:00pm on 30 November 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

vii. The RM500 discount is <\/span>valid for one (1) car purchase transaction<\/b> only during the Program Period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

viii. All images shown on Carsome\u2019s website, Facebook page, and advertising materials are for illustration purposes only.<\/span><\/p>\n

ix. Carsome\u2019s decisions on any matter relating to this Program are final and binding on all participants of this Program. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms & Conditions, they will be solely determined by Carsome.<\/span><\/p>\n

x. Carsome reserves the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions at their sole and absolute discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

xi. To the extent permitted by the law, Carsome excludes all liability in connection with this Program. All participants agree to release Carsome from and indemnify Carsome against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Program.<\/span><\/p>\n

xii. By participating in the Program, all participants:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Provide consent for Carsome to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Program; and<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Provide consent for Carsome to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that Carsome sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Grant Carsome the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
