Renault Malaysia has made it easier to buy, subscribe or test-drive a car with the introduction of its E-Store. Built into the Renault Malaysia website<\/a><\/span>, the E-Store lets customers to \u2018Buy a Renault\u2019 and \u2018Subscribe\u2019 with convenience and detailed features in each process while enjoying the comfort of home. This e-commerce platform is also the first of its kind in the local automotive industry.<\/p>\n

When it comes to buying a Renault, customers who register and sign in can select a model of their choice. From there, they can pay the booking fee, submit the necessary documents, trade-in valuation details and, bank loan preferences. Customers can also view the status of their new vehicle and indicate their vehicle collection preference. The pickup can be arranged at the showroom or a location of choice for an additional fee.<\/p>\n

The Renault Subscription<\/a> <\/span>service is also available online. Just like the buying process, Renault customers can subscribe to their vehicle of choice, upload the supporting documents and, submit payment and security deposit. They can view their application status online, and even manage their monthly subscription payments. These features are also available for customers of the Switch Plan, in which they can manage and request their vehicle switch online, offering more flexibility to change between models. Depending on the model, customers of the subscription plan will be able to drive away with their brand-new Renault within 14 days upon successful completion of payment.<\/p>\n

Arranging for test drives can also be requested online. A hassle and pressure-free test drive of three hours (only for the Captur model) can be arranged at more than 250 locations nationwide.<\/p>\n

To celebrate the launch of the E-Store, Renault is extending its \u2018Buy One, Get One Free\u2019 promotion to the first 50 customers who purchase a new car via the website. Eligible customers will receive a free six-month subscription of the Captur, which is transferable within family members.<\/p>\n
