These figures are disheartening, and considering the fact that some could have been avoided by frequent checks makes it all the more important.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bosch%20AA%206pt%20check%202019\/fb-bosch-6pt-bk.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Following up from Bosch Automotive Aftermarket\u2019s recent \u2018Drive for Life\u2019 campaign, the brand is reminding all drivers to service their cars or perform a simple 6-point car inspection check for a safer <em>balik kampung<\/em> journey.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bosch%20AA%206pt%20check%202019\/automobile-car-check-1266019.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>These are the things you could do before your next drive home.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px;\">Check the car service schedule sticker for the service due date.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px;\">Check the car\u2019s tyre pressure, tyre thread condition and don\u2019t forget to inflate the spare tyre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px;\">Check engine oil levels.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px;\">Check the battery condition.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px;\">Check the wipers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px;\">Check all lights \u2013 head, rear, brake and signal lights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com\/News\/Bosch%20AA%206pt%20check%202019\/car-3376088_1280-rs.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As part of the campaign, Bosch AA is also collaborating with Petron to give drivers free vehicle inspection services on battery condition, engine oil, and fluid levels, tyre thread and brake pad thickness on the last two weekends in May at selected Petron stations in Klang Valley.
