The main updates include a refined design, next generation digital infotainment system, improved safety assistance systems and new engines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">C 200 Avantgarde<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/_A7M6021.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The latest C 200 is equipped in the Avantgarde line and is the most updated in the range. This is thanks to a new turbocharged 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol engine developing 181 hp with 280 Nm of torque from 3,000 to 4,000 rpm. What makes the engine unique is its inclusion of a 48 volt EQ Boost alternator providing an additional 13 hp and 160 Nm of boost. In figures, the C 200 takes 7.7-seconds for zero to hundred sprint. The engine is mated to a 9G-Tronic nine-speed transmission.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/_A7M6045.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/IMG_3838.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In terms of design, the C 200\u2019s exterior features a sharper and more dynamic front bumper and twin pipe exhausts in high-gloss chrome at the rear. Both parts also have new head and tail lamp designs. Rims on the C 200 is an 18-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/IMG_3826.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/Large-29790-NewC-ClassSaloon.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/IMG_3844.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the inside, the cabin is better than before. Finished in an open-pore grey oak wood trim, the updates here is the new 12.3-inch digital cockpit with display styles including \u201cClassic, Sport and Progressive\u201d behind the new steering wheel design with touch control buttons. The central media display is larger as well, sporting a widescreen styled 10.25-inch controlled either via steering wheel or centre console touchpad. The infotainment system now also comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/Large-29778-NewC-ClassSaloon.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\u200b<img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/Large-29787-NewC-ClassSaloon.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Safety highlights include a Blind Spot Assist for visual and audible alerts for the driver to warn of side collisions. Here the system operates not only while driving, but also for up to three minutes after the ignition is switched off.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">C 300 AMG<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/_A7M6051.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/_A7M6043.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/IMG_3836.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Power for the C 300 comes from the turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine developing 255 hp and 370 Nm of torque from 1,800 to 4,000 rpm. This is 14 hp more compared to the pre-facelift C 300. Century sprint is 5.9-seconds with a top speed of 250 km\/h. New to the C 300 is the 9G-Tronic nine-speed transmission, replacing the 7G-Tronic Plus. Underneath, the C 300 also comes with Airmatic suspension. The rim design for the C 300 now uses the 19-inch five twin spoke AMG alloys equipped on the pre-facelift AMG C 43.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/IMG_3827.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/Large-29782-NewC-ClassSaloon.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/Large-29815-NewC-ClassSaloon.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Inside, the AMG line interior trim is a black open pore ash wood trim which can be matched with either black, brown or red upholstery. The C 300 adds an electric panoramic sliding glass sunroof, Burmester sound system, AMG sports steering wheel in nappa leather, and safety of Active Lane Keeping Assist to help the driver stay within the vehicle\u2019s lane.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">AMG C 43 4Matic<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/_A7M6049.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/17C900_137.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/IMG_3834.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The locally assembled AMG features the same BiTurbo 3.0-litre V6 engine now with an output of 385 hp and 520 Nm of torque from 2,500 to 5,000 rpm. Power is 23 hp more and is mated to a nine-speed AMG Speedshift 9G TCT Sports transmission through the all-wheel drive 4Matic drive. Century sprint is 4.7-seconds. The updated C 43 features a new 19-inch twin spoke AMG alloys, a spoiler lip, sports exhaust, and AMG ride control suspension.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/IMG_3850.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/carsomemy.s3.amazonaws.com\/News\/2018%20Mercedes%20C-Class%20facelift\/18C0441_077.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the cabin, the C 43 is decked out with the AMG performance steering wheel in Dinamica, dashboard and belt lines in Artico leather and a new cool AMG matt silver glass-fibre trim. Unlike the \u201cClassic, Sport and Progressive\u201d themes on the C 200 and 300, the C 43 gets \u201cClassic, Sport and Supersport\u201d and has information from transmission oil temperature, horsepower, torque and turbo charge pressure.
