About You

The Senior Manager, Digital Transformation is to lead the transformation programs in People & Culture to design, develop and implement a digital organization that connects the workforce through a modern digital experience and defines the People & Culture delivers services to the business digitally.

You will lead the project team to support the local country implementation. Working closely with the COEs or relevant process owners to ensure the People & Culture team’s Big Hairy Audacious Goals are met.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Define and implement the future state digital ecosystems of technologies (HCM/Experience platforms and best-of-breed/AI solutions) with the associated roadmap across the region.
  • Support the People & Culture team in selecting fit-for-purpose HR technology solutions that align with our People & Culture objectives.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation programs, responsible for the design and deploying of an integrated digital core (with HCM/Experience platform solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow).
  • Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes.
  • Continuously assess and identify People & Culture process gaps regionally and recommends improved controls.
  • Present, propose and secure buy in from C-suite stakeholders to facilitate changes in processes and investment in Technology.
  • To perform business process analysis and redesign them, engaging key process owners to discuss, plan, agree, communicate and implement process changes to improve process efficiency.


Your Know-How

  • A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, HRM or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of a broad range of experience with the successful delivery of HR transformation projects and systems integration projects across multiple regional countries.
  • Previous experience in a professional services firm, global consultancy, niche consultancy or an in-house role with exposure to large-scale programs of work are also welcomed.
  • Possess certification(s) such as Workday HCM Core Certification, Workday PM Certification, Project Management Professional.
  • Solid technology knowledge and experience, covering IT trends and best practice advisory, complemented by strong People & Culture functional and operations understanding.
  • Experienced in implementing large-scale HRIS and integration with other HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations.
  • Strong project management and written and verbal communication skills, and experience of producing robust analysis, reports, papers and presentations.
  • Adept in change management methodology to influence the best outcomes for the Company.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and able to meet tight deadlines and priorities conflicting demands.
  • Active listener to understand stakeholder challenges and obstacles.
  • Quick thinking and on the spot problem solving for tech limitations or process workarounds.
  • Trustworthy in a form of consistency in performing due diligence and ensuring key details are captured.
