About you

The person will be responsible to manage, plan, oversee hardware, software and network of the company by providing the technical support to the operation and business units when it is needed. This comprises installing and upgrading software, enhancing security systems, handling any IT projects and end-to-end network support throughout the organizations.

Your Day-to-Day

Responsible for managing the information technology needs and systems of the company, including installing and upgrading software, ensuring system security in place, involved in IT projects and to take lead on IT incidents across Carsome entities(office, showrooms, branches etc).

Your Know-How

  • Strong hands-on experience in IT support (hardware and software troubleshooting)
  • A good communication with business users
  • Able to provide prompt responses/resolutions to end-users on-site, via remotely and email communication - Understanding asset management
  • Able to work in long hours including Sat and Sun
  • Well-adapt with current and new technology
  • Time management / punctuality - Able to work under pressure.
