About You

The Manager, Total Rewards and Performance is responsible for managing the compensation and benefits programs for the organization, as well as overseeing the performance management process. This includes designing and implementing competitive salary and benefit programs to attract, retain and motivate employees, as well as developing and implementing processes to manage employee performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years of experience in total rewards management, preferably with consulting background, be proficient in Excel, and have people management experience, although not required.

Your Day-To-Day

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies: The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing total rewards strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, culture, and budget. This includes designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs, managing the annual merit review process, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis: The Total Rewards Manager will need to conduct market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits programs are competitive with industry standards. This includes analyzing salary surveys, benchmarking against industry peers, and recommending appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages.
  • Manage the annual bonus and salary review process: The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for managing the annual bonus and salary review process, including proposing a bonus matrix, preparing salary increase recommendations, coordinate the decision-making process of HOD and effect the bonus and salary decisions in employees payroll.
  • Manage the benefits program: The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for managing and harmonizing the company's benefits program, including health insurance, and other employee benefits. This includes negotiating with vendors, monitoring plan performance, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Performance management: The Total Rewards Manager will oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals, coordinating performance calibration, providing guidance to employees, and oversees the performance improvement process for underperforming employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management: The Total Rewards Manager will provide guidance and support to HR and management on all matters related to compensation, benefits, and performance management. This includes providing advice on job offers, promotions, and other HR-related matters.
  • People management: The Total Rewards Manager may be required to manage a team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Your Know How

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in total rewards management, preferably with consulting background.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • People management experience preferred, but not required.
